1. Material:
The ring and balls of our bearings are made of refined high carbon-chrome bearing steel and Stainless steel. The retainers are punch-pressed from super quality cold-rolling seel sheet or made of reinforced engineering plastics. The shield is made of special material(SPCC.). The seals are hot-pressed from oil-resistant bune-N rubber with phosphatizing steel skeleton
2. Accuracy:
The accuracy of bearing made in accordance with GB/T307-94 National standard is classified in 2, 4,5,6 and 0 five grades. The table as below makes a comparison between this accuracy grade with ISO standard, etc.

3. Vibration and Noise:
According to its accuracy Grade of the vibration value of the Noise of SL Bearing(Vibration)it is to be divided in Z1,Z2,Z3three groups.It can also be in accordance with Speed Grade of Vibration Value (µm/s) V1,V2¡,V3 Groups to measure its vibration.
If users have no requirement for vibration.The Normal Grade Bearing usually to be leaving out of the factory is in Vibration Value of Z1 Group.For exporting it is in Z2 Group.

4. Clearance:
